With any 1-week booking made for any dates in 2012 we will include a free mini cruise on the M/V Victory 1.  Victory 1 is a 310 ft cruise/casino ship that offers 2-5 hour cruises per day out of Port Canaveral located 5 minutes form the beach house.  The ship features dining/dancing/live entertainment in a luxury Vegas style decor.  The ship departs twice daily at 1100AM and 700pm.

This offer is good for up to 5 persons.  Must be 18 years old to board.

Rates:

• Weekly rates vary by season (excluding holiday weeks) from $1,000 to $1,100 plus 11% state tax.
• A $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added.
• Depending on availability and season, discounts may be offered for stays of more than
  2 weeks.
• ASK for discounts based on availability for the months of May, September & October.

Deposits:

Once your reservation is accepted, it is not guaranteed until a deposit is received by cashiers check or money order. Deposit amount is $400.00. At this time we use the honor system. We do not "hold" your deposit for damages. It will simply be deducted from your rent due on arrival.

NOTE: Please verify availability with owner prior to making any deposit payment. There is a $12.25 fee for any online deposit payment.

Cancellation Terms:

The deposit may be returned based on the following terms:

• 60 days in advance — 100% returned.
• Less than 60 days: all efforts will be made to re-book the week. If successful, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Rental Period and Contract:

• The rental period is 4:00 pm Saturday through 10:00 am Saturday. This is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning for the next guest.
• On request a rental contract will be mailed, faxed or emailed to you.
