Rates:

Last minute opening: DISCOUNT OFFER week of 7/10 - 7/17 $750.00 plus cleaning fee

• Weekly rates vary by season (excluding holiday weeks) from $1,000 to $1,100 plus 11% state tax.
• A $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added.
• Depending on availability and season, discounts may be offered for stays of more than
  2 weeks.
• ASK for deeper discounts based on availability for the months of May, September & October.

Deposits:

Once your reservation is accepted, it is not guaranteed until a deposit is received by cashiers check or money order. Deposit amount is $400.00. At this time we use the honor system. We do not "hold" your deposit for damages. It will simply be deducted from your rent due on arrival.

Cancellation Terms:

The deposit may be returned based on the following terms:

• 60 days in advance — 100% returned.
• Less than 60 days: all efforts will be made to re-book the week. If successful, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Rental Period and Contract:

• The rental period is 4:00 pm Saturday through 10:00 am Saturday. This is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning for the next guest.
• On request a rental contract will be mailed, faxed or emailed to you.
